“I was a little nervous at the beginning of the season when given the responsiblity of organising a new ladies team for the friendly league.  But I needn’t have worried.  I had a great response from ladies keen to ‘give it a go’ and we have gone on to play and win all of our matches, even before some teams have hardly made it out of the starting blocks.

So a massive Thank You and Well Done to all the ladies who played for the new ladies friendly team this season.  Over all the matches this included 7 ladies, so the team of 4 was constantly changing, but this gave everyone who was able to play at least one match.  Let’s hope that makes us all even keener for next year .
