Men’s and Ladies Doubles

• Players choose their own partner. All participants must be paid up members of Dedham Tennis Club.
• If you have any problems finding a partner then please contact me and I will do my best to find you a partner.
• Deadlines will be given for each round.
• Matches will be best of 3 sets, with the last set being a championship tie-break (first to 10 points). A tie-break will be played at 6 games all in the first two sets.

• The closing date to choose a partner is Friday 13th August. Either write your name’s on the sign up sheet in the clubhouse or email me.
• Semi-Finals and Final to be played on Sunday 19th September.

 Mixed Doubles

• Partners will be drawn out of a hat on the day of the event. You will then play with that partner for the whole event.  
• Players will be split into two groups depending upon ability, therefore two A team players will not be drawn together.
• The format will be decided on the day, as it will depend on the number of entries.
• The closing date to enter is Friday 13th August. Either write your name’s on the sign up sheet in the clubhouse or email me.
• All matches will be played on Sunday 12th September.

It will be great to see everyone playing in the events. Any problems let me know ASAP.
